How does a kid join the family?
A parent shares the family code (found in Settings). On the sign-in screen the kid taps the "I've been here before" option, enters the family code, their name, and a PIN.
How do payments work?
Chorez never moves money. When you approve a chore and tap "pay," the app opens your own Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal so you send the allowance directly — just like handing over cash. The app takes no fee and never sees your card or bank details.
Do I need to give an email to use Sign in with Apple?
No. Sign in with Apple works even if you choose Hide My Email — you can set up your family without sharing a personal email address.
What is Chorez Pro?
Chorez Pro is an optional subscription that unlocks the full app for your whole family, with a free trial. It's billed by Apple through the App Store, and you can manage or cancel it anytime in your device's Subscriptions settings.
How do I delete my account or my family's data?
You can delete your account from within the app, or email us and we'll remove your account and all associated family data.
